Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the relationship between SecretsHost and the Customer when an account is created, a service is ordered, an invoice is paid, or any of our services is used. Completing an order or using a service means that the Customer agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Service Level Agreement.

1-Definitions

"SecretsHost" means the provider of hosting, server, and related solutions. "Customer" means the account holder or the person or entity that ordered or paid for the service. "Service" includes virtual private servers, dedicated servers, game hosting, licenses, add-ons, and any product offered through the website or Customer Panel.

The product page, invoice, and selected specifications form part of the agreement with the Customer. If a written agreement exists for a custom service, its terms apply to that service, and the remainder of these Terms continues to apply to the extent that it does not conflict with that agreement.

2-Eligibility and Accurate Account Information

The account holder must have full legal capacity or be authorized to act on behalf of the entity for which the account is registered. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the name, email address, mobile number, billing details, and any information provided during registration or verification.

SecretsHost may request additional information to verify the identity of the account holder, ownership of a payment method, or the legitimacy of an order, particularly where unusual activity or inconsistent billing information exists. Failure to complete verification may delay activation or result in cancellation of the order and a refund where the order is eligible.

The account is personal and may not be sold, leased, or transferred to another party without the approval of SecretsHost. Any activity performed through the account, or by users to whom the Customer has granted access, remains the Customer's responsibility.

3-Account Security

The Customer is responsible for choosing a strong password, protecting login credentials, and enabling available security measures. Support must be notified immediately if account compromise or unauthorized use is suspected.

SecretsHost is not responsible for the consequences of sharing login credentials, storing them insecurely, or granting access to untrusted persons. We may temporarily restrict an account where unauthorized access is suspected until verification is completed.

4-Orders and Service Activation

Service provisioning begins after payment is confirmed and the required information is complete. Displayed activation times are estimates. Activation may be delayed by payment review, resource unavailability, manual provisioning requirements, or additional verification.

Issuing an invoice alone does not constitute a final reservation of inventory. If the service cannot be provided with the requested specifications, the Customer may choose a suitable alternative service, account credit, or a refund of the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

System specifications, processor names, or data center locations within the same category may vary where the product page states that equivalent specifications may be supplied. Core resources paid for by the Customer will not be reduced without notice or a suitable alternative.

5-Nature of the Services

Servers are unmanaged unless the product page expressly states that the service is managed. For unmanaged services, SecretsHost provides the underlying infrastructure, network connectivity, and available management panel, while the Customer is responsible for the operating system, software, users, updates, and internal security.

Free support generally does not include code repair, application setup, database administration, or troubleshooting third-party extensions and software. Such work may be offered as an additional service where available and where its scope and price have been agreed.

Actual speed and performance are affected by the operating system, Customer configuration, user location, application type, and external network conditions. Connection and processor figures represent the plan's limit or technical specification and are not a promise that every application will achieve the same result.

6-Prices, Taxes, and Currencies

Prices, currency, and billing cycle are displayed before an order is completed. The final amount may vary because of applicable taxes, payment gateway fees, or currency conversion differences. Known charges will be shown on the invoice or during checkout.

SecretsHost may change prices for future billing cycles where data center, license, network, or currency costs change. A price change will not apply retroactively to a paid term, and the Customer will be notified before the next billing cycle where reasonably possible.

Discounts, coupons, and promotions are temporary and subject to their stated conditions. Promotional pricing does not continue on renewal unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.

7-Invoices and Renewals

Services operate as continuing subscriptions and may renew automatically for a similar term unless the Customer submits a cancellation request before the renewal date. The Customer Panel or checkout page explains the renewal method available for each service.

If automatic payment is not enabled, the system generates a renewal invoice automatically and the Customer must pay it manually. If the Customer enables automatic payment where available and accepts its terms, the renewal amount may be charged to the saved payment method unless the service is cancelled or automatic payment is disabled before the due date.

The Customer is responsible for reviewing the renewal status and due date and ensuring that the payment method remains valid. Failure of an automatic charge, an email delivery issue, or failure to read a notification does not cancel the invoice or extend the payment deadline.

8-Late Payment and Suspension

The service is granted a payment grace period of 48 hours from the due time. If payment is not approved within that period, SecretsHost may suspend the service and block access without further notice.

After seven full days of suspension for non-payment, SecretsHost may delete the server, its files, databases, and addresses and return its resources to inventory. Deletion is final, and data recovery may be impossible even if the invoice is paid later.

Opening a support ticket or having an unresolved dispute does not stop the due date unless SecretsHost confirms an extension in writing. Financial records and invoices are retained to the extent required by law even after the service is deleted.

9-Cancellation

The Customer may request cancellation through the Customer Panel or a verified support ticket. Cancellation stops future invoices according to the selected cancellation type, but it does not automatically create a right to a refund.

If immediate cancellation is selected, the service may stop and its data may be deleted as soon as the request is processed. If cancellation at the end of the billing cycle is selected, the service remains active until the paid term ends and then stops. The Customer is responsible for downloading data before the cancellation date.

Refund requests are governed by the separately published Cancellation and Refund Policy.

10-Resources and Fair Use

Processor, memory, storage, disk, and network resources must be used within the plan limits and in a manner that does not harm the stability of the infrastructure or other customers. Inclusion of a resource in a plan does not permit continuous maximum consumption where the product uses shared resources.

Where abnormal consumption occurs, we may contact the Customer to reduce the load, correct the configuration, or move to a suitable plan. Where consumption threatens network or host-node stability, the affected resource may be temporarily limited to protect other services.

The shared-resource principle does not apply to resources clearly sold as dedicated, but network, port, power, and security-policy limits continue to apply.

11-DDoS Protection and Network Security

Services include protection against distributed denial-of-service attacks at no additional charge unless a specific product page states otherwise. The protection detects and mitigates attacks within the technical capabilities available at the data center and network.

Protection reduces the impact of attacks but does not prevent every attack or guarantee that every application remains available in all circumstances. An IP address may be limited, temporarily routed through a protection path, or blocked to protect the network where an attack exceeds available operational capacity or targets a vulnerability in the Customer's application.

The Customer remains responsible for updating the system, closing unnecessary ports, and protecting passwords and applications. DDoS protection does not remedy intrusions, malware, or weak server configuration.

12-Data and Backups

The Customer is primarily responsible for their data and for maintaining current external backups. Any backup provided by SecretsHost is an assistive measure and does not guarantee recovery of every file or recovery from a specific point in time.

Backups may not cover every product and may stop or fail for technical reasons. The Customer must not rely on them as the only copy of their data.

Upon cancellation, termination, or deletion for non-payment, data may be permanently deleted according to the periods stated in these Terms. SecretsHost is not required to keep an additional copy after the service ends unless agreed in writing.

13-Customer Responsibility for Content

SecretsHost does not manage or pre-screen Customer content. The Customer alone is responsible for the files, software, databases, users, and activities on the server, including the activities of persons granted access.

Use of the service must comply with applicable laws, the rights of others, and the Acceptable Use Policy. Hosting content with SecretsHost does not mean that we endorse it or participate in its publication.

If the Customer collects personal data relating to their users, the Customer is responsible for maintaining a privacy policy, a lawful basis for processing, and appropriate safeguards for that activity.

14-Licenses and Third-Party Software

Operating systems, control panels, games, add-ons, and licenses are subject to the terms of their owners. The Customer is responsible for complying with those terms and for not using pirated copies or unlawful license keys.

License fees may change or certain products may be discontinued by the supplier. In that event, the price may be changed, an alternative may be offered, or the add-on may be discontinued at the end of the paid term.

SecretsHost does not guarantee the compatibility of every program or add-on with the Customer's system and is not responsible for errors, vulnerabilities, or interruptions caused by third-party products.

15-Technical Support

Support requests must be submitted through the approved channels on the website or Customer Panel. Response times vary according to the priority of the issue, request volume, and the need to contact a data center or external provider.

General outages or complete loss of connectivity are treated as high-priority incidents. Setup requests, changes, and non-urgent inquiries are handled in order and according to the scope of the plan.

The support team may request temporary access or diagnostic information. The Customer should remove or change passwords after work is completed whenever they have been shared through an approved support channel.

16-Maintenance and Technical Changes

Scheduled or emergency maintenance may be performed on infrastructure, networks, and systems. We will attempt to notify customers in advance of scheduled maintenance expected to affect service, while security or emergency maintenance may be performed immediately where necessary.

A service may be moved between equivalent nodes, addresses, or locations where required for security, stability, or operational continuity, while minimizing interruption and preserving the agreed core resources.

17-Suspension and Termination for Violations

SecretsHost may suspend, restrict, or terminate a service for a violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, a security risk, a credible legal report, or use that threatens the network.

We may give the Customer time to correct a violation where its nature permits. Attacks, fraud, malware, content prohibited by law, or an immediate threat may be addressed without prior notice.

Termination for a violation does not require SecretsHost to issue a refund and does not release the Customer from outstanding amounts or liability for harm caused by their use.

18-Limitation of Liability

The service is provided according to the published specifications and the availability level stated in the SLA. SecretsHost does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation of every program, or recovery of data in every circumstance.

To the extent permitted by law, SecretsHost is not liable for indirect loss of profits, opportunities, reputation, or data resulting from use or interruption of the service. Total direct liability for a claim will not exceed the fees paid by the Customer for the affected service during the most recent billing cycle, without affecting any rights that may not lawfully be excluded.

The Customer is responsible for the consequences of their configurations, materials, applications, and users' actions, and for claims arising from content or activity under their control.

19-Force Majeure

SecretsHost is not in breach of its obligations where performance is prevented by an event beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread outages affecting communications or power providers, government action, conflict, exceptional cyberattacks, or the failure of an essential supplier.

In such cases, we will work to reduce the impact and restore service when reasonably possible.

20-Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, laws, or operational risks. The date of the latest revision will be published at the top of the page, and customers will be informed of material changes by email or through the Customer Panel where appropriate.

Changes apply to subsequent use and future renewal cycles. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version unless the Customer has another right under applicable law.

21-Notices and Contact

Messages sent to the registered email address and notices displayed in the Customer Panel are approved methods of communication. The Customer must keep contact details current and review messages relating to billing, security, and the service.

To contact SecretsHost, open a ticket through the Customer Panel or email [email protected].

22-Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute through a formal ticket identifying the service, invoice, and request in dispute. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, jurisdiction lies with the competent judicial authority in the Kingdom.
